This is another example of an over complicted phone systm. Takes 4.5 minutes to get through to a person. That person will then re-locate your call to the store. If nobody is in then the phone router comes back onto say there is nobody in! "Why don't you send an e-mail" to the store?
This system is worse than Barclays! What an absolute shambles. Time waste city. There is no direct number to call. .
