"Excellent, welcoming lovely hosts"

First impressions fragrant,from a beautiful candle which you just have to ask about, welcoming smiley happy faces from the word go. we were a group of six celebrating a 40th birthday, we had never stayed in a guest house before but be reasurred this one is great, very lovely rooms well equipped with everything you need really spacious and very clean. breakfast was just fab all local produce, such a lovely family everyone pitched in to make our stay very special,the lady of the house never stopped smiling. this really is a must for anyone wanting to explore york, very close to all attractions. the taxi firm telecabs which was recommended by the guest house was brill very good.

stay here and you will not be disappointed !! well done thankyou.
