A review of The Bike Outlet by M Hoque written on Saturday 13th of June 2009
I recently bought a bike for £179.00 claimed new. But it came with untrue (woobly) wheel. Means wheels would touch brake pads while turning at some points. You can see if you turn freely that wheels are turning at various curvature -not central. Tried asking return/refund or collect for repair within two weeks of bought. Refused any refund and collection agreed for repair but I will have to bear the expense. Also I was suggested to go to nearest bike shop & and repair at my own expense. Easy isn't it? So if you are buying be sure to keep some local repairer shop address handy & few extra cash before you plan any ride.Or you will be taken for a ride for sure..
