I lived around there long ago, moved away, but remembered using YCBC back then, and came back to them. Chris and Sonia are so kind and dedicated. I know I ask a lot of questions and am sometimes made to feel like I do by some, but not by them: they always seem happy to help, advise, inform, answer, and research things for me if need be, putting me at ease all the while. I am very precise and as thorough & perfectionist as Chris is and did my homework as usual, visiting 3 other carpet companies in Clifton Moor (2 were fine although IMO not comparable as regards the level of personal service & communication or experience, and 1 was simply dreadful and a big waste of time).

Only now had it become time to change the high quality carpets they fitted almost 30 years ago, and we've now got 3 rooms redone + stairs. Beautiful. And I should also mention the perfect.
