"Never again"

Took my duvet in this morning to be greeted by a member of staff who was rude no please or Thankyou. Told be ready by 4, arrived a little early and sat and waited with ticket in my hand was completely ignored for good ten mins, to which she said have you come for a sit down, I said no come to collect my duvet she was so abrupt another lady in there said she didn't like her attitude was hoping to get her quilt cleaned but would take it else where. Member of staff said her dad had died but we are not mind readers and why was she working if she couldn't cope, the launderette was empty wonder why, was bringing my daughters quilt in to be cleaned, but will go elsewhere, hope I get an answer but won't hold my breath..
