I was charged £80 to service my sewing machine, when I got it back 6 weeks later it did NOT work at all. The owner said it was broken when it arrived, that was a lie. The woman said as a good will gesture I could have a £10 voucher to spend in her shop. I am very upset as her attitude was, she was not bothered as I had already paid..
