"Keep your receipt whatever happens!"

Though this shop has a wide range of products, I was very disappointed with the customer service I received recently when trying to change 6 buttons I'd bought that were too small..but having forgotten my receipt the assistant refused point blank to exchange them--unsmilingly saying 'sorry'. It's not the amount of money and time I lost so much as the principle here, and I would certainly not shop there again because of the poor attitude to customers. And I would have bought more expensive buttons had they agreed to exchange!.
