"Quality refusrbishment but prices dubious"

Shoes repaired to a reasonable standard, but price went up by over £10 on collection, such that it would have been cheaper to send them to Barker for a full refurbishment. They do not like being questioned as to their reasons for such things. Will take business elsewhere from now as a matter of trust..
