I have been using the Gold Centre in Goodramgate for years. It is a very friendly, efficient, family run business which gives excellent customer service. They sell quality goods at a reasonable price. Their watch batteries fitting and price are the best in York. £2.99 per watch battery is a bargain. I take all my watches in for replacing including my husbands collection of Klaus Kobec and Swatch watches and we have never had a problem. You even get a year's guarantee for each battery. Other shops in York charge £5.00 or over for a watch battery and the price I have been quoted for Klaus Kobec is astronomical.

I highly reccommend this shop to all my work colleagues and all my friends and family go here..
