A review of D B S by Kerry Jones written on Wednesday 9th of April 2014
My Panasonic tv has been with DBS for over 3 weeks so far they brought it back after the first two weeks saying it was fixed but when it was plugged in by thier men it still wouldn't come on! The delivery men phoned the office and spoke to the man who so called (fixed it) and I could here him laughing on the phone even though I was at the opposite end of tye room! So they took it back again! Saying they would bring me a loan tv that came today...surprise surprise that wasn't compatible with my ariel so they took that tv back too. They say there is nothing wrong with my tv as it is working now its back in the workshop, I have now logged a formal complaint with the Warrenty group still no closer to getting mt tv back if you phone them their rottweiler admin staff are no help I would never go through the Warrenty group again because of the sub contactors they use!! Very very unhappy about this company. ..my advice would be steer clear of them! .
