We added an Oak Leaf Conservatory to our Massachusetts home in 2002. Within a year numerous windows began to fail. Oak Leaf refused to replace a vast majority of the windows in spite of the windows being under warranty. In addition, the team I had to hire to replace the windows (at my own expense) found that Oak Leaf's UK installers did not install the windows correctly, which lead to window failure and seepage of water into the conservatory. Use extreme caution in dealing with this company..
