"Never answer the phone"

Have tried calling both landline and mobile numbers.for.these all week, not once have they answered or bothered to.call back, they have a lovely house to rent on kingsland terrace on leeman road, which is sitting empty, feel sorry for the landlord who is paying them as they clearly dont want to do any business. January 2013.
