I would just like to say that I and my wife consider Brian and his staff as the TOPS, nothing is too much trouble for them and they will and do go the full mile for their customers.

We bought a Sapphire and Diamond ring from them two years ago, however a stone came out and was lost, I contacted Brian and told him that we had had the ring for two years, he said "It does not matter, send it back to me and we will replace the stone free of charge"

This they did and my wife is over the moon with Brian and staff - we will make this our first port of call next time we visit York.

Well done to a great team.
